This is de main window of CivilSegments. We are going to describe the different options in this window.
Main window
In the main toolbar we can find the following interesting buttons:
This option opens the dialog to create a new work. You won´t use this option. The work is already created. |
|
This option opens a work. You should open it using the file .cwk file. |
|
Save option. Using this option you will save all the graphic changes like new photos or dxf files changes. Remember the database information is saved directly when you introduce the data. |
|
Import work. This is used to import a backup work file. The backup files have .cwz extension |
|
Export work. This is used normally to make a backup file. The backup files have .cwz extension |
|
Insert image. You can insert Orto photos of the zone using this option. |
|
Show reinforcements. View all the reinforcements information and management. |
|
Show mixtures and test tubes. View all the mixtures and test tube information and management. |
|
Show moulds. View moulds information. |
|
Segments and rings. View all the segments and rings information. |
|
Show precast plant. Show the precast stock yards. |
|
Show setup. CivilSegments setup options. |
|
Show alarms. |
|
Create Datamatrix GS1 Code list. |
Using the main upper menus we can find the following interesting options:
|
|
|
|
|
This option will be used only when starting a new work. You should indicate to create a new work:
New work
You should look for the .cwk file of the work and open it.
Open a work
Using this option you will save all the graphic changes like new Orto photos, dxf files imported information or manual drawings. Remember the database information is saved directly when you introduce the data in CivilSegments.
If you want to recover an old work information save in backup file (.cwz) you should use this option. Look for the .cwz file and simply open it.
Using this option you will generate a backup file with .cwz extension. The backup may be a partial backup (Only database and the .cwk file with graphic information) or complete backup (database, graphic information and documents). The user can include remarks information in the .cwz file.
Export work data
You can use in the platform your own .dxf, .dwg or .edm files as graphic information.
Work / tunnel trace
Using this option you can insert georeferenced images as graphic information. You can use .tif, .tiff, .ecw, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .bmp files.
The user can obtain maps from Google or WMS servers.
If we are using Google Maps we can indicate:
Maps services
Using this option you can delete all the graphic information.
All the reinforcements use to build the different segments will be accessible from here. The reinforcements will have a code, a type and remarks if needed.
Reinforcements management
We will find here all the mixtures used to build the segments. Every mixture has a dispatch note, cement, aggregate, fibre, volume and remarks.
The mixtures may be associated with sample and the sample will be related with one or more test tubes. Every test tube has a breaking date, the age, the resistance and remarks.
Mixtures and test tubes
Using this option we have access to all the moulds that we are using in the factory. On the right we can trace all the operations that have been done with each mould and all the mixtures related with a mould.
Moulds management
In this screen we will find first of all, on the left, the rings. Each ring will be related with some segments depending of the ring geometry. When we select a segment we can consult information about the segment traceability.
Segments and rings management
Using this option we can define all the stocks in the manufacturing plant, tbm stock, etc. For each stock we can define each of the positions where we can deploy the rings or segments.
Stock management
This option allows the user to choose between three different views (Normal, capacity and manufacturing date).
We have different parameters that we can adjust:
We can add all the staff that will have roles and responsibilities in the work. We can indicate their personal data and their category, and provide them their own “Alias” and “Password”.
Staff management options
We can indicate the different shifts in the work.
Shift management
We can define the segments and rings typologies.
First of all in “Groups” we can define the different ring types. Using the “Types” section we can define de theorical geometry of the different segments for each ring type. Finally we can define the real geometry for each segment type including the weight of the segment. We can see in the screen a ring representation.
Segments and rings management
We can define different damages for segments and indicate if they are produced before or after ring build.
Segments damages management
We can define for mixtures different types of aggregates, cements and fibre and their origins so we can trace all of them.
Mixtures management
We can define different reinforcement materials.
Reinforcement material
The user can define all the moulds sets that will be used in the manufacturing process.
Moulds sets management
All the carousels in the factory may be identified to trace where the segment was manufactured. We can indicate a name, position and remarks about it.
Carousels management
We should define all the tunnels in our work. This is really important in order to trace where the segments are installed.
